> What if my order comes damaged, misprinted or defective?
Any claims must be submitted within 1 week after the product is received.
> What is the process to submit a RETURN?

- Send order number, any information regarding the need for a return and images of the defect or error.
- Milleo will consider your return request and return your email with decision and information regarding your request.
> If your packages is lost in transit.
All claims must be submitted no more than 1 week after the estimated delivery date.
> Need to change the ship to address?
If the wrong address is provided at the time of the order, then it can be shipped back to you, but a new shipping charge will be applied.
